Tom is a seasoned attorney specializing in workers' compensation, personal injury, and appellate litigation, with over 45 years of experience advocating for injured individuals in Missouri. He joined Dowd & Dowd in September of 2024 after a distinguished tenure at Mogab & Hughes Attorneys, P.C. from August 1978 to August 2024. During his career, he has handled more than 400 workers' compensation trials, served as first-chair trial attorney in over 30 personal injury jury trials, and briefed and argued more than 40 cases before the Missouri Court of Appeals and the Missouri Supreme Court.

Drewes v. TWA (984 S.W.2d 512, Mo. banc 1999), which favored broad application of workers' compensation amendments for injured employees;
State ex rel. Eli Lilly v. Gaertner (619 S.W.2d 761, Mo. App. 1981), denying official immunity to state-employed doctors in medical malpractice claims;
Hall v. Fru-Con Construction Corp. (46 S.W.3d 30, Mo. App. E.D. 2001), establishing employer responsibility for home modifications for seriously injured workers.

Mr. Gregory has secured substantial recoveries for clients, including:

$15,000,000 settlement for a factory worker with permanent lung damage from chemical exposure (plus $350,000 in workers' compensation);
$10,500,000 settlement for a flavoring plant worker with toxic lung injuries (plus $2 million in projected workers' compensation benefits);
